Hors d’oeuvres, when plated just right and bursting with lots of flavor, can make a small gathering into a swanky party.
I recently attended an event where I was able to try a delicious and innovative hors d’oeuvre – the sesame-seared tuna on edible curry spoon with avocado, drizzled with wasabi aoli and topped with micro greens.
A little dose of deliciousness is all it takes for guests to be amazed and delighted. This was obviously the case with me when I tasted this interesting, yet delicious, dish. Not to mention, cleanup is a snap!
