This summer, my family and I took a vacation to Asia. Unlike my dad, it was the first time my mom and I had ever been. At first, I was hesitant of going on the trip but, eventually, the foodie inside me spoke up and said “Asia? That means delicious, strange food. You’re going!”
Singapore was first on our itinerary. After taking a taxi around the city, we decided to stop by Little China to grab a bite. We picked a restaurant that seemed pretty busy, considering the long line. It was a Friday night and large groups of people were huddled enjoying quality food and good company.
As I opened the menu, I noticed how thick it was. It could’ve been a scrapbook! The pages were laminated, complete with eye-catching pictures. We decided to share as the servings seemed huge.
